K. Shanmugasundaram (Shan) Trainer/Mentor/Coach

Hi! I am Shanmugasundaram (Shan). Basically, I am an advertising guy! Successfully ran my own advertising business for 25 years.

I've been spending a lot of time lately, inspiring students and professionals in training, mentoring, and coaching them in their jobs for over fifteen years now.

As an experienced trainer, I have successfully implemented a design thinking approach with my training materials and implemented innovative methods to deliver effective training.

Through my training, I have reached over 12,000 students across Southern India and conducted training programs for hundreds of schools and colleges.

My commitment to innovative training methodologies enables students and professionals to experience an astounding number of fascinating learning journeys with my Soft Skills, Life Skills, Design Thinking, and Mentorship sessions. My other skills include mind maps, short videos, and developing content and graphic designs.

I am an NLP-certified trainer, Certified Mentor, and certified trainer for the TN Govt. EDII Vazhndu Katuvom project. Besides these, resource person, and content developer for Oxford University Press India. As a Design Thinker, Trainer, and mentor for Students, professionals, and Entrepreneurs, I conduct regular training programs and counseling for colleges, institutions, and NGOs.

Shan's Training

Shan's methodology has been developed with the intention of empowering the target audience to utilize their mind’s creative ability, innate curiosity, logical thinking powers, and retention efficiency.

In the process, I have reached more than ten thousand students and other professionals and was fortunate to have engaged by hundreds of schools, colleges, and institutions. Of course, this is not enough! Now, I owe an allegiance to my life that I’ll continue to endeavour till my last breath.
